Jobtailor is seeking a proactive sales professional to perform outbound calls promoting services in the Romanian market. You will build and update a customer database, expand the customer base, and document interactions in the CRM system.

You will monitor competitors and adjust selling strategies while handling customer inquiries. Fluency in Romanian (C2) and strong English are required, with 14 months of sales experience.

Formación

• At least 14 months of sales experience with customer interactions.
• Proficient in Romanian (C2) and good English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently with some supervision.
• Experience using CRM software to track interactions and support sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to the team.
• Solid business acumen and ability to understand business needs.
• Knowledge of Romanian business culture and market nuances.
• Familiarity with key sectors of the Romanian economy and opportunities.
