Job summary

Natulim is hiring a high-ambition Growth Lead to drive the Romanian market from a remote-first setup. You will turn consumer insights into creative angles, tests and content that directly drive sales, combining creativity with data analysis to evolve our advertising system.

You will collaborate with central teams in Spain and Paid Media to optimise acquisition, CRM and ecommerce experience while tracking key performance metrics to maximise LTV and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, creative strategy or a related field.
• Ability to generate ideas, angles and advertising concepts that sell.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Performance Marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform, preferably in DTC.
• Native Romanian speaker with professional English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and creative performance to identify winning angles, hooks and messages.
• Develop new creative hypotheses and advertising concepts for the Romanian market.
• Create briefs and collaborate with teams, creators and partners to produce ads.
• Build and test different angles, hooks, formats, messages and value props.
• Turn learnings into iterations and scale a scalable creative system for Romania.
• Stay current with Romanian DTC brands, trends and new creative approaches.
• Work with Paid Media to drive profitable growth and acquisition.
• Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV and relate creative to ecommerce conversion.
• Identify funnel friction and propose actionable improvements.
• Own and optimise the Shopify customer experience for Romania.
