Perk is seeking a Revenue Systems Manager to own the architectural integrity, scalability, and strategic evolution of Salesforce and the GTM tech stack. This high‑impact individual contributor moves beyond daily admin work to lead the technical design and governance of systems powering our revenue engine.

You will bridge business requirements with technical excellence, provide mentorship to the team, and partner with the Head of Revenue Systems to ensure scalable, compliant solutions that

• 6+ years in Salesforce/Revenue Systems within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert depth in Salesforce: Flow, complex sharing models, and Order of Execution.
• Architectural mindset with API and integration experience.
• Strategic autonomy delivering fully deployed solutions with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication translating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the technical design and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated GTM tools.
• Architect scalable automations and data models supporting GTM motions.
• Own the DevOps lifecycle: sandbox, CI/CD, QA/UAT frameworks.
• Lead high‑complexity projects like RCA deployments, multi‑currency transitions, or billing integrations.
• Establish documentation standards and system governance across revenue teams.
