Perk is building AI infrastructure for Revenue Systems. The AI Revenue Systems Analyst is a senior individual contributor and the technical authority on agentic AI within Revenue Systems.

This role focuses on production-grade, multi-step agent systems that replace manual work. You will design, build, and maintain AI agents in Python, integrate APIs and data pipelines with Salesforce, Make, and similar tools, and ship reusable frameworks for the wider Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in a technical role building production systems, GTM engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on experience deploying multi-step AI agents in production.
• Strong Python engineering fundamentals and testing discipline.
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and event-driven flows.
• Salesforce configuration and data integrity knowledge.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into scoped technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain multi-step AI agents using Python and LLM APIs in production.
• Architect robust agent systems with observability and graceful degradation.
• Create a reusable agent framework for wider teams to ship AI workflows quickly.
• Ensure data pipelines connect Salesforce, outbound tools, and enrichment providers.
