Perk is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to partner with our revenue leadership. You will build revenue analytics across Salesforce and Looker, deliver insights, and gradually own the forecasting cadence. This generalist role emphasizes analytics first, expanding into business partnering and forecasting as you ramp up.

You’ll work with global teams, push back on non-value requests, and help shape the revenue operations roadmap. A dynamic SaaS environment awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably SaaS or global tech.
• Exposure to AE or quota-carrying org.
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills and BI tool experience.
• Generalist mindset: dashboards, insights, forecasting.
• Proven ability to set direction and high-quality analytical work.
• Strong stakeholder management with sales leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define revenue analytics strategy across Salesforce and Looker.
• Map reporting landscape and shape build plan.
• Own core dashboards and reports for revenue leadership.
• Launch recurring insights digest to communicate changes and actions.
