Job summary

Fever is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations/Analytics professional in Madrid to shape strategy, track performance, and forecast growth. You will analyze commercial results and identify opportunities, partnering with leadership to define action plans and steer initiatives that enhance revenue across the organization.

With 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Analytics, you’ll translate complex data for executives, build dashboards, and enable strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth.
• Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.
