Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks an Operations Analyst in Madrid. The role works across logistics and operations, coordinating with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to improve efficiency and deliver a best-in-class experience.

You bring 0–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related field, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization.
• Experience in logistics, operations or distribution valued.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software valued.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in company-wide projects to improve a specific area of the business.
• Lead a project with support of senior team members to meet goals and timelines.
• Lead analyses for multiple projects considering client satisfaction, cost and profitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify improvement areas and work on continuous improvement in logistics and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and deliverables.
