Fever is seeking a Financial Planning & Strategy Associate to join the Finance Department in Madrid. You will work with the FP&A Manager on strategic financial analysis and advise the CEO/Founders and Investors, demonstrating ownership and data-driven decision making in a high-growth global business.

You will build complex financial models, perform scenario analyses, track KPIs, and collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Sales to identify profitability levers and drive sustainable growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or similar roles.
• Background in finance, economics or engineering preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent teamwork and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Understand historical financials and KPIs to extract insights.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Analyze group operations to derive performance insights and improvement actions.
• Define and update monthly group reporting and KPIs by market.
