Fever in Madrid seeks a data-driven Growth Analytics professional to own end-to-end distribution data and performance analysis. You will build dashboards with SQL and BI tools, define KPIs, and shape our distribution strategy across markets and partners.

Collaborating with external partners and internal teams, you will run experiments, improve processes, and help scale incremental revenue in a diverse international setting across 40+ countries.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required in Engineering/Math/Statistics/Data.
• 3–5 years in analytics/growth/strategy roles within high-growth startups or demanding environments.
• Advanced SQL and at least one BI tool with dashboards and single source of truth.
• Strong analytical toolkit and data-driven mindset.
• Process-improvement oriented with ability to drive pragmatic changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end distribution data & performance analytics from metrics to dashboards.
• Hands-on with SQL and BI platforms to build and automate dashboards by product, vertical, partner, geography.
• Define KPIs, ensure data quality, maintain a single source of truth.
• Execute distribution plans across markets with channel sizing and revenue models.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to scale incremental revenue.
• Design and analyze experiments across channels and translate insights into playbooks.
• Identify strengths, gaps, and bottlenecks in processes and reporting cadences.
