Fever in Madrid is seeking a Revenue Operations analytics professional to own distribution performance and guide growth through data-driven insights. You will build dashboards by product, vertical, partner and geography, shaping where we expand next with rigorous analysis.

You will size channels, develop go-to-market plans for new platforms, and run experiments to produce actionable roadmaps. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with an engineering background and 3–5 years in analytics.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in analytics, growth, or strategy in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; another language is a plus.
• Strong ability to connect data to revenue impact and defend a strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own distribution performance analysis end-to-end, from KPIs to strategy.
• Build dashboards and single source of truth by product, vertical, partner, geography.
• Size and prioritize channels, build revenue models, and design go-to-market plans.
• Scope, run and analyze experiments (pricing, spend, discounts) and translate into playbooks.
• Partner with external resellers and internal teams across 40+ countries to scale revenue.
