Preply is seeking a Senior Growth/Strategy leader to own Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting across our Barcelona hub. You will report to the Senior Director of Organic Growth and drive KPIs like NSGMV, share of NSGMV, and LTV to CAC efficiency, while scaling an established growth engine.

You will lead the analytics team, partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Finance, and shape roadmaps and experiments to balance learner value, tutor outcomes, growth and margins.

Formación

• 8+ years in growth strategy, pricing or monetisation within a product-led tech business.
• Proven ability to own meaningful commercial KPIs for a growth area.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business and product strategy for Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting, turning priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Take responsibility for agreed commercial KPIs including NSGMV, share of NSGMV, and LTV to CAC efficiency.
• Accelerate growth by prioritising opportunities across referrals, advocacy and retention mechanics.
• Develop pricing and discounting strategy across the marketplace, including tutor pricing and promotions.
• Build business cases and MVPs to validate opportunities before deep investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Finance to shape roadmaps and experiments.
• Ensure clear KPIs, reliable measurement and regular investment reviews.
