Busuu, part of the Chegg family, is a leading EdTech platform with a global community of learners. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and own end-to-end processes behind the customer lifecycle, from lead to renewal and expansion.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will implement scalable workflows, manage HubSpot integrations and data quality, and partner with Finance and Decision Intelligence to drive insights and adoption of

Competenze

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or related SaaS roles.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional GTM alignment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience turning requirements into clear operational specs.

Mansioni

• Improve the customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success; own handoffs.
• Lead governance of marketing systems and HubSpot setup; ensure data quality.
• Coordinate reporting and revenue processes with analytics and finance teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs and training; adopt AI tools to improve workflows.
