Job summary

Busuu is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to align Marketing, Sales and Customer Success across the full customer lifecycle. You will own processes, onboarding, renewal and expansion while governing HubSpot setup and data quality.

The role blends systems know‑how with commercial thinking and hands‑on implementation. You will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, build scalable processes, and partner with Finance and Decision Intelligence to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Ops within SaaS/EdTech/subscription businesses.
• Understanding of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success workflows and handoffs.
• Ability to translate business needs into operational requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Improve the customer lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success including onboarding and renewal.
• Lead marketing systems governance and HubSpot administration, ensuring data quality and integrations.
• Coordinate reporting and revenue processes with Finance and analytics teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks and training to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
