Job summary

Busuu, part of the Chegg family, seeks a senior B2B Product Marketing Leader to define ICP, pricing, and packaging for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will shape the enterprise motion, build the B2B function, and drive market strategy from day one.

You’ll report to the VP of GTM Strategy & Growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable B2B marketing engine as Busuu grows in the enterprise space.

Qualifications

• Senior B2B product marketing experience in SaaS/EdTech or subscription business.
• Deep understanding of ICP, positioning and buying-group dynamics.
• Experience with enterprise high-touch and mid-market low-touch motions.

Responsibilities

• Own ICP definition and segmentation for B2B across mid-market and enterprise.
• Define pricing direction and packaging structure aligned with procurement and economic buyers.
• Own the value proposition and messaging architecture for enterprise buyers.
• Map how champions, economic buyers, procurement, legal and security evaluate deals and what they need to believe.
• Own launch architecture and sequencing for B2B market rollout.
