Job summary

Perk is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager in Barcelona to optimize our SDR org through AI-driven prospecting and automation. This senior individual contributor role partners with SDR leadership to define operating models, territories, cadences, and cross-functional workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

You will own the SDR tech stack, including Sales Engagement platforms, LinkedIn Navigator, and enrichment tools, ensuring data quality and scalable processes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Revenue Operations, SDR ops, or go-to-market process design.
• Ability to define and optimize end-to-end lead handoffs and cadences.
• Experience rolling out AI/automation in outbound initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic partner to SDR leadership and global teams.
• Define and run the operating model: processes, territories, cadences.
• Own the SDR tech stack, from Sales Engagement to data enrichment tools.
• Own the end-to-end SDR process from prospecting to handoff to AEs.
• Evolve qualification standards and inbound/outbound processes as GTM changes.
