Perk is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. You will set the strategy for revenue analytics across Salesforce and Looker and partner with revenue leadership on forecasting and insights.
The role is a generalist blend of analytics, business partnership, and forecasting, requiring a versatile mindset across dashboards, insights, and cadence management in a global SaaS environment.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills and working fluency in a BI tool (Looker or equivalent).
- Excellent written communication and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Scope the revenue analytics strategy and build core dashboards.
- Build an automated revenue insights engine using AI.
- Lead and support the forecasting cadence with sales leaders.
- Partner with revenue leadership to define analytics strategy and roadmaps.
- Translate questions into structured analysis and recommendations.
