Job summary

Perk seeks a VP of Data in Barcelona to shape data strategy across our Travel, Spend and Events platforms. You will lead a 40+ person data organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to drive governance, architecture and AI integration.

This IRL-first, hybrid role requires building a high-performing team and scaling data capabilities for a global SaaS business, while aligning with executive leadership to translate data into strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven scale-up leadership in tech or SaaS environments.
• Built and led large data organizations with senior leaders.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Executive-level budget ownership and data strategy.
• Fluent in modern data stack tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term data architecture, analytics, and AI product integration.
• Lead a 40+ person data organization spanning multiple domains.
• Drive data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the company.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to shape data strategy.
