Job summary

• Experience in Revenue Growth Management with strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional analytical skills capable of turning complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with SAP Business Objects and commercial data platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Commercial Finance and cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Ability to manage complexity, drive change, and lead others to execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing and pack architecture strategies to unlock growth across Iberia.
• Develop scenario planning models to evaluate pricing and pack opportunities.
• Lead Mix Management initiatives to identify products, channels, and customers for profitability.
• Translate insights into actionable commercial plans with Sales and Marketing.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions and emerging trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
• Contribute to development of next-generation RGM tools and capabilities as part of the transformation.
