Job summary

La Redoute seeks a Revenue Growth Analyst to own Iberia revenue and gross margin across product categories for B2B and B2C. You will set forecasts, lead budgeting processes, and partner with Finance on monthly reforecasts in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.

You will drive performance routines, identify growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic, and analyze offers to inform the commercial plan. You will also manage the Pricing & Discount Analyst to ensure alignment with targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to negotiate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and gross margin forecasting by product category for Iberia, with monthly reforecasts with Finance.
• Lead daily performance reviews and identify growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic.
• Analyse offers by category and feed insights to the commercial plan defined by the e-commerce team.
• Manage the Pricing & Discount Analyst, setting priorities and guiding development.
