Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud specialist to own and evolve the platform, optimizing Quote-to-Order and ensuring seamless integrations with Order-to-Cash. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to enhance automation and scalability across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• At least 1 year experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform and maintain platform reliability.
• Configure products, bundles, pricing structures, discounting models, and quote templates.
• Manage user access, permissions, and platform governance; coordinate releases and deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and support API-based integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and drive automation.
• Support ongoing platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
