SD Worx is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist to own and evolve the platform for Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and Customer Service teams to optimize workflows and automate operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of Salesforce admin experience, familiarity with OmniStudio, and a proactive approach to platform enhancements and data integrity. A flexible schedule and on-site presence in Madrid are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business Information Systems.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• At least 1 year experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform for Quote-to-Order and downstream Order-to-Cash.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and other teams to optimize processes and automate tasks.
• Configure products, pricing, discounts, approvals and templates to support sales.
• Develop and maintain Flows, OmniStudio components, and integrations with ERP systems.
• Support data quality, security, and platform governance.
