Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist to own and evolve the platform for Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and Customer Service teams to optimize workflows and automate operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of Salesforce admin experience, familiarity with OmniStudio, and a proactive approach to platform enhancements and data integrity. A flexible schedule and on-site presence in Madrid are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business Information Systems.
3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
At least 1 year experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform for Quote-to-Order and downstream Order-to-Cash.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT and other teams to optimize processes and automate tasks.
Configure products, pricing, discounts, approvals and templates to support sales.
Develop and maintain Flows, OmniStudio components, and integrations with ERP systems.
Support data quality, security, and platform governance.
