Job summary

Improvado is seeking a RevOps lead to own revenue measurement and tooling across Salesforce and GTM systems. You will ensure clean CRM data, manage licences and renewals, and align contracts with revenue data.

You will collaborate with analytics and finance to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights. In a remote-first environment, you will automate manual checks, monitor ARR, bookings, and churn, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.

Responsibilities

• Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent.
• Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Query ClickHouse daily and write specs for model changes.
• Build leadership dashboards and provide actionable recommendations with an owner.
