Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Senior Revenue Excellence Consultant to join our Revenue Excellence team in Europe. The role focuses on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced capabilities, including invoicing, pricing, and automated revenue lifecycles, and aims to mature clients' Quote-to-Cash processes with RCA tools.

You will partner with clients, lead solution design, and support end-to-end RCA implementations while growing toward Solution Architect responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and RCA features.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, subscription commerce, billing operations.
• Ability to design complex use cases like multi-site billing and evergreen subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of RCA capabilities (billing, invoicing, pricing, usage).
• Create scalable solution designs aligned to client requirements.
• Facilitate client workshops on Quote-to-Cash optimization and RCA enablement.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure scope, budget, and timelines for RCA deployments.
• Advise clients on best practices for modern billing operations and revenue processes.
