Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who will align with our vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others, and the world. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to maintain Six Senses standards, wellness and sustainability practices, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across all service touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years supervisory experience in a full-service luxury setting, fluent English and Spanish, and a hospitality-focused education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years restaurant supervisor experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government authority.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and F&B management to achieve department goals and follow procedures.
• Implement Six Senses brand identity, directives, and sustainability practices.
• Supervise, guide and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor guest experience and handle complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards and ensure proper stock and equipment maintenance.
