Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks a Bar Manager to oversee all bar outlets, driving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury service standards. You will lead a team of bartenders and hosts, collaborate with the F&B team on beverage concepts, menus and cost control, and ensure operations align with wellness and sustainability values.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in bar management at a luxury property, fluent English and Spanish, and work authorization for Spain.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of bar management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale bar or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, cocktails, mixology techniques, beverage cost control and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain is required. European visa or valid work permit required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the efficient operation of all bar outlets to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand standards and budget.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop goals and procedures, ensuring alignment with the Six Senses brand identity.
• Lead, coach and motivate bartenders and bar hosts to consistently deliver Six Senses exceptional service standards.
• Maintain beverage menus and wine lists, review offerings and ensure compliance with wellness and sustainability values.
• Manage beverage inventories, stock reconciliation and cost control, with attention to quality and presentation.
