Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management in a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage outlets daily.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure proper storage of inventory, secure cash handling, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to deliver consistent high-end dining experiences.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and staff development.
