Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks an Experience Supervisor to lead and mentor Experiences hosts, ensuring engaging, safe activities and outstanding service for guests.

You will coordinate with the Director of Sustainability on training plans and monitor excursions to maintain Six Senses standards. Fluency in English and Spanish, plus hospitality experience, are required. Knowledge of POS, PMS and CRM systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms; knowledge of guest activities and excursions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain (visa/work permit where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Acts as a mentor for rest of Experiences hosts and manages by supervising, guiding and motivating them.
• Assists in planning and managing with the Director of Sustainability the training plan.
• Monitors and conducts excursions and activities inside and outside the resort safely.
• Provides accurate information about activities, gym usage, and equipment rules.
• Ensures hosts provide exceptional service to exceed guest expectations.
• Reports damage or wear to equipment to the Director of Sustainability.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency evacuation drills.
• Reports health or safety hazards to the Director of Sustainability.
• Upholds Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
• Adheres to LQA standards and guest feedback.
