Six Senses Quexigal Palace is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its new hotel opening. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting, aligning with Six Senses wellness and sustainability standards, and leading a team of hosts to uphold brand quality.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Restaurant Management or Business and at least three years in a similar role, with strong English (Spanish knowledge a plus) and a valid work permit.

Formación

• Requires a Diploma in Restaurant Management or Business and 3+ years in luxury hotel restaurant management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing a dynamic restaurant team.
• Excellent command of English; some Spanish knowledge; European visa or work permit mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the efficient operation of the restaurant in line with Six Senses brand standards and budget.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to set goals and establish procedures.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and monitor service standards and inventory.
• Lead a team of hosts to maintain Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wine list, and sommelier recommendations when needed.
• Control payroll costs through productivity and scheduling; manage department budget and reporting.
