Job summary

Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and F&B team to deliver exceptional service aligned with the Six Senses wellness and sustainability ethos. You will maintain brand standards, oversee service quality, and guide the restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience across outlets.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years in a supervisory restaurant role, a hospitality background, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years restaurant supervisor experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; alcohol awareness certification and/or health/food handler credentials as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Restaurant Manager and F&B team to achieve department goals and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support implementation of Six Senses vision, quality standards and concepts in line with the brand identity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and improve knowledge to enhance restaurant products and services.
• Ensure guest experience is personalized and service is consistent with brand standards and wellness practices.
• Inspect restaurant, equipment and settings; report maintenance or improvement needs promptly.
• Supervise and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
