Hapimag AG in the Mallorca region seeks a passionate leader to manage the entire resort, overseeing operations from reception to housekeeping and technical services. You will work with the Resort Manager to ensure budgets are met and targets achieved while developing the department heads and staff under your supervision.

• Ensure compliance with standards and continuously improve work processes, including staff rota plans.

Join our team! As a passionate and committed leader, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure the smooth running of operations throughout the resort. Together with the Resort Manager, you’ll oversee administrative processes and coordinate the operational departments – from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping and technical services. You’ll also play an active role in developing and implementing measures to boost turnover for our outlets.

What you can expect

• Together with the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire resort, including budget planning and achieving targets
• Leading and developing the Head of Department team and the approximately 110 staff members
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of our restaurant, which serves exclusive, fresh and regional cuisine
• Ensuring compliance with standards and the continuous improvement of work processes, as well as drawing up staff rota plans

What you bring along

• Vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
• At least 5 years’ experience in the hotel or catering industry, including 2 years’ management experience as a department head in the Food & Beverage sector
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and your team
• Excellent command of German and English, as well as a good command of Spanish
• Knowledge of standard software, the internet and hotel property management systems (SIHOT)
