Hapimag AG in Paguera, Mallorca, seeks an experienced shop manager to lead our resort shop. You will oversee order processing, till operations and stock-taking, while guiding a six-person team and maintaining a guest-focused atmosphere.

We require solid retail experience, ideally in middle management, with strong organisational and communication skills. Fluency in German, Spanish, and English is expected; other languages are a plus.

• Solid professional experience in retail, ideally already in a middle management role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Independently managing of our shop (order processing, till operations, stock-taking).
• Lead and inspire a team of six staff members and create a positive working environment.
• Preparing and organising the shop, including our popular bread roll service.
• Ensuring staff comply with HACCP regulations and observe current safety measures.
• Clearly defined working hours, 5-day week (40 hours/week).

Join our team! We are looking for a dedicated leader to serve as Manager for our charming shop. You will be responsible for store operations, logistics and team management – and your smile is our best calling card.
