Hapimag Resort Marbella sucht eine/n F&B-Manager/in zur ganzjährigen Festanstellung. Sie tragen die operative Verantwortung und führen das F&B-Team an, um unseren Gästen einen herausragenden gastronomischen Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel-/Gastronomiebereich, idealerweise eine zusätzliche Qualifikation im Hotel-/Gastro-Management, sowie 3–4 Jahre Führungsverantwortung mit. Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotel-/Gastronomiebranche.
• Zusätzliche Qualifikation/Abschluss im Hotel-/Gastronomie-Management von Vorteil.
• 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als F&B Manager oder vergleichbare Führungsposition.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsabilités

• Verantwortung für reibungslose Betriebsabläufe und operative Leitung.
• Steigerung des gastronomischen Erlebnisses und Gästezufriedenheit.
• Einhaltung und Optimierung von Qualitätsstandards & HACCP.
• Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der F&B-Outlets.

What you can expect

• Responsibility for smooth business operations as well as operational leadership
• Enhancing the gastronomic experience and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests
• Compliance with and optimization of quality standards & HACCP
• Leading, motivating, and further developing the F&B outlets

What you bring along

• Completed vocational training in the hotel/catering industry
• Additional qualification/degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or comparable is an advantage
• 3–4 years of professional experience as an F&B Manager or in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
