Job summary

Hapimag Marbella invites a driven F&B Manager to join our seaside resort on the Andalusian coast. Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across outlets such as La Terraza and Café y Mercado, ensuring smooth operations and top quality.

You bring 3–4 years in F&B leadership, vocational hotel/catering training, fluent German and English. We offer a permanent year‑round role, development opportunities, two weeks’ holiday at Hapimag resorts, and 30%

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hotel/catering industry.
• 3–4 years of experience in F&B leadership or similar with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent German and English in written and spoken forms.

• Enhancing the gastronomic experience and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Compliance with and optimization of quality standards including HACCP.

What you bring along

• 3–4 years of professional experience as an F&B Manager or in a comparable position with leadership responsibility


• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
