Job summary

Camp de Mar Hotel and Resort on Mallorca's southwest coast is seeking a motivated hospitality professional to deliver seamless guest experiences across all F&B outlets. You will support service flow, prepare mise en place across shifts, and provide warm bar and restaurant service to guests on our Mediterranean island.

Responsibilities

• Supporting all F&B outlets within the hotel and maintaining smooth service flow according to defined standards.
• Preparing the daily mise en place across early, mid, and late shifts.
• Providing attentive table and counter service in our bars and à la carte restaurant.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, specialty coffees, and other drinks from our menu.
• Contributing creative ideas for special promotions and seasonal offers at the restaurant or pool bar.
• Delivering warm, natural hospitality to guests while keeping all work areas clean and orderly after use.

The Camp de Mar Hotel and Resort, situated close to the picturesque fishing village of Port d'Andratx, is nestled in an 18-hole golf course and located just 250 meters from the Mediterranean beach.
