Hapimag in Ibiza seeks a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) to join our on-site technical services team at the Paguera resort on Mallorca. The role focuses on maintaining hotel machinery and systems, ensuring compliance and reliable operations.

You will work independently, apply your electrician training, and support guests and apartments post-departure. Immediate availability is preferred for a smooth start.

Formación

• Evidence of prior maintenance experience in hospitality or residential settings.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• German or English language skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with local and company regulations.
• Monitor apartment conditions after departures daily.
• Maintain hotel machinery and systems.
• Repair defective equipment and perform minor installations.
• Record work developments and results.

The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, outdoor pools, and an indoor pool. Our resort is looking for an open-minded and service-oriented person to strengthen the technical services department as a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d).

What you can expect

• Ensure compliance with all local and company regulations.
• Daily monitoring of the condition of the apartments after a departure
• Take charge of the maintenance of the hotel’s machinery and systems.
• Repair of defective machinery and installation Repairs of minor defects
• Record the data on the development and results of the work.

What you bring along

• Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of German or English will be valued.
• Electrician training
• Basic skills in plumbing and carpentry.
• Immediate availability
