Job summary

W Barcelona seeks a Guest Services Representative to engage guests in the lobby area and activate services across outlets, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. You will respond to requests, arrange services like transportation and reservations, and share local insights to enhance guests' stay.

You will collaborate with Bellpersons, Housekeeping, and the Food & Beverage team to resolve issues and maintain high service standards in a dynamic luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience by activating all outlet services in the lobby area (Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, Lounge).
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying providers.
• Gather, summarize, and share local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities and events.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Server to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
