Job summary

Minor Hotels - Southern Europe is seeking a Training Specialist in Madrid to lead onboarding and training for the Reservations Department. You will guide new agents through company introduction, systems, and call flow, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.

The role requires delivering SAP and Evolution system training, managing group activities, and providing ongoing support to improve training processes. On-site work and a performance-based commission are included.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to effectively deliver training and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork.
• Experience in hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and introduce the company.
• Deliver training on SAP, contracts, rates, and reservation processes.
• Provide support during practical training and refresher sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate new employees and report to supervision/HR.
