Hospitality Connection Barcelona SL ofrece una oportunidad de prácticas a tiempo completo en Ibiza, integrada en un equipo de Revenue para aprender precios y distribución de reservas. Se valorará formación en Hostelería o Turismo; la posición requiere residencia en la UE y dominio del inglés y español.

La pasantía tiene una duración mínima de cinco meses, con inicio en abril, y ofrece alojamiento, comida diaria y oportunidades de desarrollo en una red internacional de hoteles Ennismore.

Qualifications

• Nacionalidad de la UE requerida.
• Inglés y español fluidos.
• Se valora formación en Hostelería, Turismo o campo relacionado.

Responsabilités

• Apoyar las tareas diarias del equipo de Revenue aprendiendo cómo se toman decisiones de precios y distribución.
• Recibir y gestionar nuevas reservas, modificaciones y cancelaciones de forma clara y profesional.
• Introducir con precisión los detalles de las reservas en el PMS asegurando fechas, tarifas y preferencias de los huéspedes.
• Redactar y enviar correos de confirmación, vales y políticas de cancelación en tiempo y forma.
• Anotar y hacer seguimiento de preferencias específicas como tipo de cama, habitaciones conectadas u otras necesidades.
• Verificar la disponibilidad en tiempo real y aplicar tarifas basadas en segmentos (corporate, FIT, grupos, etc.).
• Compartir información relevante con recepción, limpieza y otros departamentos para una experiencia sin fisuras.
• Ayudar a gestionar bloques de habitaciones, listas de habitaciones y condiciones especiales para grupos o tour operadores.
• Adquirir experiencia práctica con PMS, channel managers, motores de reserva y otras plataformas de reserva.

What you’ll do…

• Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
• Receive and manage new bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a clear and professional manner.
• Accurately input booking details into the Property Management System, ensuring correct dates, rates, and guest preferences.
• Draft and send confirmation emails, vouchers, and cancellation policies in a timely manner.
• Record and follow up on specific preferences such as bed types, connecting rooms, or other individual needs.
• Verify real- time availability and apply appropriate rates based on segments (corporate, FIT, groups, etc. ) .
• Share relevant information with front office, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist in managing room blocks, rooming lists, and special conditions for groups or tour operators.
• Gain hands- on experience with PMS, channel managers, booking engines, and other essential reservation platforms.

Requisitos

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast- paced environment.
