Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent to join our Network & Stations team. You will be the first contact for customers, delivering an outstanding rental experience while driving sales opportunities. This entry-level role emphasizes service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties include handling reservations, processing rental agreements, and promoting coverage options, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in a sales-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with counter sales and POS systems (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations and rental agreements accurately.
• Welcome customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the rental process.
• Promote optional coverage, upgrades and additional services to maximize sales.
• Build rapport and overcome objections using effective sales techniques.
• Follow rental policies and procedures to ensure compliant transactions.
• Support branch operations as needed.
