Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer-focused Rental Sales Agent in Valencia to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will be the first point of contact, process reservations and rental agreements, and maximize opportunities with optional coverage and upgrades.

Formación

Previous sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work with a sales-driven mindset.
Experience using point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
Welcome every customer with respect and deliver exceptional service throughout the rental.
Maximize sales by offering optional coverage, upgrades, prepaid options and additional services.
Build rapport, handle objections, and use effective sales techniques.
Adhere to rental policies and procedures for smooth transactions.
Identify additional services to enhance the rental experience and support branch operations.
