Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact, delivering seamless rental experiences while maximizing sales through optional coverage, upgrades, and add-ons.

You will handle reservations, ensure accurate agreements, and maintain top-tier customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and attention to detail to meet and exceed targets.

Responsabilidades

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport and handling objections.
• Adhere to all rental policies and procedures for smooth, compliant transactions.
• Assist customers by identifying additional services or products to enhance their rental experience.
• Provide unmatched service excellence to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
