Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona, Spain. You will support safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets, working with site teams and engineering experts to resolve issues and improve performance.

You will monitor turbine performance, perform remote diagnostics, assist field teams, and contribute to process improvements while coordinating with engineering and support teams. Fluency in English and EU work eligibility required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot field issues.
Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and speak English.

Responsibilities

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service.
Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting of technical findings and drive process improvements.
