Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands‑on wind turbine experience and operation in industrial environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and structured communication, calm under pressure, collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting support.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex problems with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on‑call during weekends and public holidays.
