Jobgether is seeking a Solutions Architect based in Spain to drive enterprise Voice AI implementations across Arabic-speaking markets. You will be the hands-on technical partner from discovery through production deployment, shaping regional playbooks and guiding customer engagements.

The role combines pre-sales, technical delivery, and post-launch support with significant autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving AI-first environment.

Formación

• Native or professional Arabic fluency with excellent English.
• Based in Spain or EMEA region with suitable employment infrastructure.
• At least 4 years deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong software engineering background in one modern language (Python/JS/TS/Rust).
• Proven experience leading production deployments from design to cutover.
• Ability to scope complex initiatives and drive delivery.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integration and production practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical design and delivery of enterprise implementations from kickoff through production cutover.
• Lead discovery, solution design, demos, proofs-of-concept and evaluations with sales teams.
• Design solutions aligned to customer stacks, data-residency needs and constraints.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Arabic-speaking customers across engineering and executives.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and deployment playbooks for future projects.
• Support post-launch technical cases and regional escalations as deployments scale.
