Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Spain, seeks a Technical Lead for Business Automation & AI Development. The role blends architecture leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, scalable applications and AI-assisted solutions.

You will translate client requirements into practical digital solutions, shaping development standards and mentoring engineers as the practice grows.

Formación

Experience combining software engineering with business analysis or product management.
Experience using AI coding assistants or AI-powered development platforms to rapidly deliver production-ready software.
Strong architectural judgment and ability to evaluate AI-generated code.
Experience with frontend and backend architectures, databases, APIs and integrations.

Responsabilidades

Design and oversee custom business applications (CRM, project tools, data integrations).
Translate complex processes into scalable digital solutions.
Lead AI-assisted software development with appropriate standards for architecture and security.
Define integration strategies and workflows to capture client requests and data handoffs.
Mentor junior developers and build a high-performing AI-focused team.
