Concentrix is seeking a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Spain operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries, supplying courteous, professional service and resolving routine issues in line with client requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shift rotation and teamwork are key aspects of the position.

Formación

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet KPIs as per contract requirements.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution.
• Listen with empathy and build rapport.
• Greet customers professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
• Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff.
