Picsart, Inc. is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) to lead paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads. The role focuses on testing, optimization, and scaling to accelerate growth while coordinating with creative and content teams.

You will design experiments, analyze performance metrics, and manage budgets under the Head of Acquisition. This 12-month full-time contractor role offers remote work with the option to work from the office as desired.

Formación

• 5+ years in performance marketing, mobile-first or subscription-based business.
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with >$1M monthly budgets.
• Strong knowledge of UA metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, LTV) and attribution models.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok and Facebook Ads.
• Excellent project management and analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Nice to have background in data analytics or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize, launch, manage, and optimize UA and retargeting campaigns across paid channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and growth.
• Design and run rigorous tests to uncover insights on creative, targeting, and channel efficiency.
• Collaborate with Head of Acquisition on budget allocations and pacing.
• Partner with social, content and creative teams to develop new concepts and maintain UA creative repository.
