Ersilia is seeking a hands-on Senior performance marketer to own paid acquisition end-to-end. You will test aggressively, scale what works, and drive growth with leadership alignment.

You will manage multiple channels, launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels, and translate insights into actionable landing page improvements. This is a fully remote role, globally based with CET time compatibility.

Formación

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset.
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy.
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month.
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience.
• Programmatic or DSP exposure.
• Mobile app UA background.

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
