Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a TikTok Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on TikTok. This remote role suits a data-driven marketer who understands the platform’s algorithm, creative trends, and performance marketing.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging content, and drive conversions, brand awareness, and revenue growth for international clients.

Qualifications

• Proven TikTok Ads campaign management experience (1–3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of paid social advertising and performance marketing.
• Hands-on TikTok Ads Manager experience.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize for ROAS, CPA, conversions.
• Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as TikTok Pixel, GA, or attribution platforms.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Creative mindset to spot viral trends and winning ad creatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Optimize performance via A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Analyze CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting video ad creatives.
• Monitor TikTok Ads Manager and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Build and maintain audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Stay updated with TikTok marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting insights and recommendations.
