Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager in Spain to lead growth for a free-to-play mobile poker app. You will manage budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and in-app networks, guiding strategy, testing, and optimization with a data-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with creative, product, BI, and platform partners to drive CPI, retention, and ROAS targets while expanding successful channels. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of mobile user acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in gaming.
• Strong preference for experience in free-to-play poker, social casino, or related mobile gaming products.
• Proven ability to scale a mobile title through launch and early growth.
• Experience managing large monthly acquisition budgets against ROAS targets.
• Hands-on experience with major UA platforms and network partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UA for a newly launched mobile poker app, from early growth to scale.
• Define channel mix and spend strategy using performance data.
• Test new channels and targeting approaches for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with creative, product, BI, and partners to optimize campaigns.
• Maintain measurement infrastructure (AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks, attribution).
• Own creative testing pipeline and scale winning assets across channels.
• Monitor competitor activity and inform creative & acquisition opportunities.
• Improve app-store conversion through ASO and store experiments.
• Forecast spend and provide regular spend and cohort reports.
